How long does shipping take?

Order preparation follows payment authorization and usually takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is another 4–6 business days. Checkout shows destination availability and delivery charges.

May I return an item that is not defective?

Yes. We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges. A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in original condition. Begin the request within 30 calendar days after delivery and obtain approval before mailing. See our Refund Policy.

What fees apply to a return?

A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Use the label after approval and request help if it is missing. Approved refunds are processed and initiated to the original method within 10 days; provider posting time is separate.
